This article helps you flag appointments for patients who need Transportation and/or Translation services, so you can make the necessary arrangements prior to the appointment.
Note: A patient’s record in Universal Scheduling may indicate that the patient needs Transportation, Translation, or both, but you can also manually flag scheduled appointments with this information.
In the Appointment Book, right-click on an appointment and choose:
- Set Transportation On (a small “T” appears in a yellow box in the bottom left corner of the appointment)
- Set Transportation Off
- Set Translation On (a small “T” appears in a red box in the bottom left corner of the appointment)
- Set Translation Off
Note: When both the Translation and Transportation are set to on, the “T” changes it’s colour to green.
