How to Withdraw Submitted OCF from HCAI

July 31, 2016 by Tech Support

  1. Home
  2. How to

Withdraw from HCAI

IMPORTANT! In November 2015, HCAI has removed the Withdraw feature. Therefore, this option is no longer available in Universal Office. For more information, see Depreciating Withdraw Function.

You may pull back a document from HCAI that has not been already opened by the adjuster.

  1. Open an OCF that was successfully delivered to HCAI.
  2. Click Withdraw & Close on the bottom left of the OCF editor.

Note: If the document has not been already opened by the adjuster, the document status will change to Withdraw Granted. However, if the document has been opened before you had attempted to withdraw, the document status will change to Withdraw Denied. At this point, you may want to contact the adjuster and arrange for another way to resubmit the document.
