This article will help you customize your business identity and branding within Universal Office. You can modify your company details, such as your facility information, apply your corporate brand to Universal Office, and specify credentials to allow connections to EDT services (such as MOH and HCAI).

Business information is located in Administration Setup. You must have appropriate permissions to access the Business Information settings.

To perform the following procedures, log in to Administration Setup and double-click the Business icon.

Business information is divided into four tabs: General, Branding, Schedule, and Electronic data transfer (EDT).

Update General Settings

Universal Office uses this information to populate claim forms and predefined templates.

  1. Ensure the General tab is selected.
  2. Optionally, change the Company name. The changed name will appear on all future invoices and treatment plans.
  3. Enter the name of the main contact for the business, using the fields in the Main contact section.
  4. Enter tax-related numbers in the Business numbers section: HST/GST, PST and Facility/AISI numbers.
  5. Enter the businesses’ phone numbers and address.
  6. Click Save & Close or continue to work with the other tabs.

Customize Branding

Apply your corporate brand to Universal Office by uploading your company logo and letterhead.

Upload Letterhead
Letterhead is used for invoices, fax cover pages, and predefined document templates. Before proceeding, be sure you have access to a graphic file of your letterhead, in BMP, GIF or JPG format. For best results, the image should have a maximum size of 672 x 150 pixels.

  1. Click the Branding tab.
  2. In the Letterhead section, click Browse.
  3. Locate and select your letterhead image, then click Save.
  4. Click Save & Close or continue to work with the other tabs.

Upload Company Logo
The logo appears in the top-right corner of the Universal Scheduling interface. Before proceeding, be sure you have access to a graphic file of your logo, in BMP, GIF or JPG format. For best results, the image should have a maximum size of 97  x 41 pixels.

  1. Click the Branding tab.
  2. In the Company LOGO section, click Browse.
  3. Locate and select your logo image, then click Save.
  4. Click Save & Close or continue to work with the other tabs.
    Tip: To remove a logo, click Clear. This will leave the top-right corner of the Universal Scheduling interface blank

View Business Hours

Your business hours were set during initial system configuration, to define the start and end time of the business day as well as the minimum appointment interval. You cannot change this information: if it needs to be adjusted, place a support request at support@antibex.com. Business hours can be viewed from the Schedule tab.

Set EDT (Electronic Data Transfer) Services Credentials

Use the EDT tab to enter the credentials used when connecting to Electronic Data Transfer services for MCEDT (MOH/OHIP) and HCAI.

  1. Click the EDT tab.
  2. In the MCEDT Credentials section, enter your businesses’ MOH ID, MOH Login and MOH Password.
  3. In the HCAI Credentials section, enter the Facility HCAI ID, HCA Login and HCA Password.
  4. Enter the name to which HCAI cheques should be made payable to.
  5. Click Save & Close or continue to work with the other tabs.
